Return & Exchange Policy
At Cherubs Childrenswear, we want to ensure your experience is a great one. While we are an exchange-only store, your legal rights remain protected under UK consumer law.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- A valid proof of purchase is required to process any exchange.
- Please email us at contact@cherubschildrenswear.co.uk to request an exchange and receive return instructions.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, including standard delivery charges. This right does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items
- Sealed goods (e.g., underwear) unsealed after delivery
