At Cherubs Childrenswear, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy for you to return or exchange your item.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Exchanges are available for size and color changes, subject to stock availability.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us – Reach out to our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. In some cases, we may offer a prepaid return label.
- Pack & Ship – Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring it is unworn and in resellable condition.
- Processing Time – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, or preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
